The documentary A PORTRAIT OF DAMIAN was created by Daim's friend Matt Kelly. Matt was lucky enough to play hockey with Damian for 20 years and wanted to share Daim's story with the world.

The portrait artist who appears at the beginning of the video is Danny Granger. Danny did not know Damian but was inspired by his story. Danny and Daim shared a love of Elvis, wrestling and the Montreal Canadiens.

The Wounded Moose are the world's oldest beer league hockey team. Damian played for the Moose for several seasons and in many tournaments. He holds the team record for most points in one season.

The Pro Hockey Network is a draft men's league operating out of the Vaughan Iceplex just North of Toronto. The league has been in operation for over a decade. Damian won two championships during his time in the PHN. He scored the game winning goal in both of those games.
